How the League Works

The league runs in monthly rounds, with players placed into groups (or “boxes”) of around 4–5 players.

Play Your Matches

​​

• Play each of the other players in your box during the month.

• Matches are best of 5 games.

• Games are normally Point-a-Rally to 11, win by 2.

• Players can mutually agree to use alternative scoring formats.
   

How You Move Up

Your results determine your ranking within your box at the end of each month.

• Perform well → move up a league

• Perform poorly → move down a league

• Middle positions → generally stay where you are

The exact movement depends on your position and the league you are in.

The aim is to give you regular competitive matches against players of a similar standard, while allowing you to work your way up the leagues as your results improve.
